A teacher or a book cannot take the concepts you have in your head and make them sit in your heart. They cannot graft a love of meditation onto you, if you are not willing to develop your own love for meditating. Since spiritual experiences are born and nurtured from within, you need to be willing to participate in your own spiritual process.
